Central Valley Vibethon

October 8, 2026 · Fresno, CA

Bring a problem.
Leave with a
working prototype.

The coolest event in the Central Valley, and the first of its kind. Barely any talking — almost the whole day is spent building. Loop8 engineers and AWS experts sit at your table and build your idea with you, whether you brought the problem or came to help someone else solve theirs. Three use cases leave with 100 hours of development covered.

Loop8 with Amazon Web Services

Loop8 is an AWS Partner. AWS solutions architects work the build floor alongside our engineers, and every table builds on AWS with credits provided for the day.

100x

Faster than two years ago

What took a quarter of engineering now takes an afternoon of prompting.

160 min

Of supported building

Two build blocks with engineers and AI experts at your table the whole time.

100 hrs

Of development, three times over

Three use cases each leave with 100 hours of Loop8 engineering covered.

Who This Is For

One room. Two kinds of people.

Everyone shares the same morning and the same build floor. What differs is what you walk in carrying.

If you're a…

Founder

You have an idea and no prototype. Spend the build blocks turning it into something you can put in front of a customer or an investor on Friday morning.

  • Scope your idea down to one buildable slice
  • Ship something that actually runs
  • Show it to the room at 1:30

If you're a…

Business leader

You have a problem in the business that costs time or money every week. Leave with something working, and a clear read on what it would take to put it in front of your team.

  • Pick the one task worth starting with
  • Build it without putting your data at risk
  • Leave with something you can show your board

Tickets

Two ways to spend the day.

Everyone ends up on the build floor. The only difference is whether you're bringing the problem or helping someone else solve theirs.

Ticket / 01

Standard Admission

Get your hands on it. Join a build table as a volunteer and spend the day building alongside a team — no experience needed, and you don't have to bring anything.

  • Join a build table as a volunteer
  • Build with Loop8 engineers and AWS experts at your elbow
  • Watch AI actually build something, not a slide about it
  • A short opening on where AI is now, plus a live Amazon Q demo
  • Lunch, the showcase and the close
Volunteering is how most people end up on the build floor. Say yes on the registration form and we'll match you to a table.

12 slots only

The build floor

Two build blocks, one table per problem, an AI expert and Loop8 engineers working with you the whole time. You describe what you want it to do; they help you build it. You don't need to know how to code and you don't need a technical team.

AWS solutions architects work the floor alongside our engineers, and every table gets AWS credits for the day. Twelve slots means everyone gets real support time — so build slots are confirmed by approval, not first-come.

The Award

Three use cases leave with 100 hours of development covered.

At 2:00 the panel picks three use cases. There's no first, second or third — each of the three gets 100 hours of Loop8 engineering to put toward whatever taking it further actually requires.

Put the hours toward

Finishing the build

Take the prototype from something that demos to something real people can use, with Loop8 engineers doing the work.

Put the hours toward

Making it safe to ship

A security and data review, so what you built is something your lawyer, your insurer and your IT provider can all live with.

Put the hours toward

Getting it live on AWS

Deployment on AWS with solutions architects on the design, plus a written plan you can hand to your board or your investors.

100 hours per winning use case. Scope is agreed together before any work starts, hours are to be used within six months of the event, and the award covers Loop8 development time only — not third-party licences or AWS usage.

How We Build

Speed is only useful if it ships past legal.

Building fast and building responsibly aren't opposites, and our engineers work both at once. You won't leave with something your lawyer, your insurer, or your IT provider has to shut down.

01

We're careful where your data goes

Which files, customer records and messages are safe to put into an AI tool, and which ones should never leave your building.

02

We leave a record you can show

Who used it, what it decided, and where a person checked the work — the basics an auditor or an insurer will ask for.

03

We know the rules for your industry

What healthcare, agriculture, food processing, banking and public agencies in California each have to watch for.

04

We tell you what it will cost to run

What these tools actually cost once real staff and customers are using them, and how to avoid getting locked in to one vendor.
