At 2:00 the panel picks three use cases. There's no first, second or third — each of the three gets 100 hours of Loop8 engineering to put toward whatever taking it further actually requires.

100 hours per winning use case. Scope is agreed together before any work starts, hours are to be used within six months of the event, and the award covers Loop8 development time only — not third-party licences or AWS usage.
